There will be an additional charge of 10.00 USD per day for each additional authorized driver other than a spouse or domestic partner.

Return vehicle to airport rental car parking area. Park in a designated Enterprise parking space. Place the key in the drop box on the Enterprise counter in the terminal. The renters responsibility for vehicle condition ends once an Enterprise-Rent-A-Car employee inspects the vehicle the next business day.

All drivers must be 21 years of age or older. Renters 21 through 24 years of age may only rent Economy through Fullsize cars.

This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) FOR THIS BRANCH RANGES BETWEEN $18.99 AND $30.99 PER DAY. - DAMAGE WAIVER (DW) IS OFFERED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL DAILY CHARGE. IF THE RENTER ACCEPTS DW, ENTERPRISE WAIVES OR REDUCES THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, THE RENTAL VEHICLE, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAWS. DW IS NOT INSURANCE, THE PURCHASE OF DW IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR. THE PROTECTION PROVIDED BY DW MAY DUPLICATE THE RENTER'S EXISTING COVERAGE. ENTERPRISE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO EVALUATE THE ADEQUACY OF THE RENTER'S EXISTING COVERAGE; THEREFORE THE RENTER SHOULD EXAMINE HIS OR HER CREDIT CARD PROTECTIONS, AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICIES OR OTHER SOURCES OF COVERAGE THAT MAY DUPLICATE THE PROTECTION PROVIDED BY DW.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount: $850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. $1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV. INSURANCE VERIFICATION At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

The renters liability insurance will apply except where Enterprise is required by law to provide liability protection.

Personal Accident Insurance - Personal Effects Coverage - PAI-PEC - is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted the PAI contained in the policy provides renter and renters passengers with accidental death, accident medical expenses and ambulance expense benefits. The PEC contained in the policy insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers, or any member of the renters immediate family who permanently resides in the renters household and who is traveling with the renter against risks of loss or damage. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PAI-PEC is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PAI-PEC policy underwritten by Empire Fire And Marine Insurance Company. The purchase of PAI-PEC is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by PAI-PEC may duplicate the renters existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage, therefore the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PAI-PEC. WHEN RENTING IN CANADA A CREDIT CARD IN THE NAME OF THE RENTER MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. DEBIT/CHECK CARDS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ANY NON-CREDIT CARD BEARING THE VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER CARD LOGO. ANY NON-CREDIT CARD WITHOUT THE VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER CARD LOGO IS NOT ACCEPTED. US BANK ISSUED DEBIT/CHECK CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT AT RETURN PROVIDED THEY DO NOT REQUIRE A PERSONNEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN). CANADIAN BANK ISSUED DEBIT/CHECK CARDS THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF A PIN ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.

ENTERPRISE OFFERS ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION AT SELECT LOCATIONS. RAP ALLOWS ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS TO WAIVE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHARGEABLE ROADSIDE INCIDENTS SUCH AS LOST KEYS, LOCKOUTS, AND FUEL OUTAGES. RAP CAN BE ADDED FOR 5.99 US OR CANADIAN DOLLARS PER DAY. ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION OFFERS THESE SERVICES: FLAT TIRE, JUMP START, LOCKOUT SERVICE, FUEL DELIVERY, AND KEY REPLACEMENT. NOTE: IN NY, CA, NV, AND KS THE COST OF THE KEY WILL NOT BE COVERED, ONLY THE SERVICE TO DELIVER THE KEY OR PERFORM THE LOCKOUT SERVICE. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION IS VOID AND OF NO EFFECT IF, AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT NECESSITATING ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, YOU OR ANY AUTHORIZED DRIVER WERE IN VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROHIBITED USES AND VIOLATIONS SET FORTH THEREIN. All drivers must- -have a valid United States, Canadian, or international drivers permit. All international drivers must also have their own country specific drivers license. -have a major credit card in their name at the time of rental. To rent a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the United States and Canada, you will need the following:

  • To be 25 years old 
  • A valid driver's license with a photo
  • A photo ID (For example: a driver’s license or passport)
  • Credit or debit card (check the acceptable forms of payment at the location you’re renting from)

Some locations may require additional information, including but not limited to: 

  • An International Driving Permit (IDP): If the license is written in a language or characters different to those of the country of rental, an IDP is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
  • Return travel and accommodation information: Visitors to the UK must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in the UK. 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.

Fuel Policy at Non-Airport locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • A full tank of gas is not guaranteed.

Fuel Policy at Airport Car Rental Locations:

  • You may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level you received when you picked up the vehicle, or if you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local Enterprise rate which is typically above the local pump price. An additional refueling charge may apply at some locations.
  • You may opt to pre-pay for fuel -- Pre-pay gives you two conveniences:
    • You can avoid the hassle of having to fuel up the vehicle before returning.
    • Pre-pay fuel option is calculated at the local rate of gas minus a per gallon discount.

Note: Prepaid fuel is only sold in full tanks at the discounted price per gallon and is not refundable. Local fuel rates will vary by the area you are renting a vehicle.
